About Aneski Egyptian Maus and Asian Cats
My name is Vanessa Guy and I live in the sunny seaside town of Exmouth in Devon. I have always had cats, but after finishing my own breeding programme, (too many children to mention), decided that I wanted a hobby for me.

The choice seemed easy - pedigree cats to show and eventually breed from. Home based with the occasional day out as well!!
In 2005, I researched on the internet and visited several GCCF shows (Governing Council of the Cat Fancy) and soon fell in love with the Asian breed, particularly Burmillas. A caramel Burmilla called Treacle and a Bombay - Tsu- soon joined the family.

I was already in love with the Egyptian Mau from what I had seen in books and the internet, but even after visiting the shows still hadn't been lucky enough to see one. In September 2005 though, my dream came true and I became the very proud owner of a silver Mau kitten - Silver Fiora. She has proved to be the love of our lives and I thank Kerry Hood for producing her for me.
2006 was spent visiting more shows and showing Fizz (Fiora), with great success, but I am proud to announce that she has had her first mating and produced her first kittens in late September 2006 (more are expected soon).

I strongly recommend to everyone interested in Asians or Egyptian Maus to contact the relevant clubs. I am a member of both and can positively say that both offer a wide range of information and support from very friendly and helpful experienced breeders and owners. The clubs details are on the
